We now live in a time where we can reasonably expect to solve some of the world's biggest problems during our lifetime. The time is coming when humanity will be free from the worry of cancer or hunger and where everyone has equal education opportunities.
But we are not there yet, so collectively we need to keep forging ahead, imagining and innovating towards a greater purpose. Together we can change the world!

Once Upon A Time
The world is radically changing due to exponential change. As more and more technologies move from the physical world to the digital world they enter the exponential paradigm that leads to a doubling of capability and halving of cost on a repeatable cycle. This eventually leads it to a point where it begins to disrupt, starts to demonetize and then finally democratizes to become available and accessible to everyone.
Think of photography, it went from limiting the number of pictures you could take to a point where we now struggle to organize the sheer volume of pictures that we have. Now, what happens when we apply that concept to solar power, genetics (mRNA), drones or 3D printing. How will these things change the context of the world we live in.
One problem is that business is still operating under a mindset that is derived from assembly line management principles created at the start of the 20th century. These principles resist change, punish risk and bring a culture of fear to the workplace. This means bureaucracy and control which is the antithesis of change and innovation.
I only wish to bring awareness to the enormous challenges the world is facing today, the magnitude of transformation required to stay relevant and to show and share some of the approaches that I have used to answer these challenges.
